Thanks to your efforts all the retired Gurkhas who made successful campaign in order to get settlement rights but still age of over 18 children of the Gurkhas are deprived of settlement rights and compelled to live without their family. Please support over 18 Gurkhas dependent to make the U.K government aware and implement verdict of the honorable court which clearly says "historic injustice have been made" by the successive government regarding the court case of Gurkha children right to live with their family.
Description
The history of the service of the Brigade of Gurkhas to the British Crown goes back as far as 1815. Since, then, the Brigade has conducted itself with distinction during numerous conflicts worldwide. Prior to 1997 the Brigade's focus was in the Far East but following the handover of Hong Kong it moved to the U.K which is now its base. The Brigade still maintains a Battalion in Brunei and plays a full part in the British Army's operational deployments worldwide - currently, in particular Afghanistan, Iraq and the Balkans, but the Gurkhas dependents whose age is over 18 are not eligible for settlement rights in U.K which they are entitled despite of their parents (Gurkha and ex-Gurkha) have rights to settlement after 4 years of military service of Her Majesty.

Gurkhas Veterans have been campaigning for JUSTICE from the British Government for over 20 years. Please, remember we are British army soldiers dependents and the Gurkhas who have risked their lives in 2 World Wars with 60 thousand dead and countless casualties.
